Our Call QA service allows users to submit call recordings for automated transcription and quality evaluation. A submitted recording may contain information spoken by participants in the call.
When you use Call QA, the submitted recording and related instructions may be processed by the systems required to transcribe, evaluate, translate, and return the requested results.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, permissions, notices, and legal basis to upload a recording and have it processed through the service. Do not upload a recording containing personal or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so.
Call QA results may include transcripts, scores, evaluation findings, strengths, opportunities, coaching observations, and translated output derived from the submitted recording.
We do not use submitted call recordings for unrelated purposes. Service providers and processing systems may handle submitted content only as necessary to operate the requested workflow, subject to the applicable service arrangements.
